Worksystems has embarked on a transformative journey to champion Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) within the technology sector, mirroring the noble quest of the fabled Jedi Knights for balance and peace. The organization proudly announces its inaugural JEDI Strategic Plan, a significant milestone orchestrated by the internal JEDI Council and crafted with the expertise of Diamond Strategies, a renowned entity in JEDI advocacy.


The organization's dedication to JEDI is a cornerstone of its broader mission to manage a regional workforce system that enhances individual prosperity and business competitiveness. Worksystems views workforce development through a JEDI lens, ensuring that its offerings are tailored to the unique requirements and aspirations of job seekers. This philosophy extends to the recognition and appreciation of the diverse experiences of its employees, stakeholders, and the communities residing within the Indigenous lands they serve.
