About This Event
A free virtual roundtable for nonprofit leaders, small business owners, and community organizers to ask practical legal questions in an informal, open Q&A setting. Hosted through the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network community events calendar and led by Narwhal Law and Business Strategy, this session covers the questions that come up most often for early-stage organizations: governance and board structure, compliance obligations, liability, contracts, and partnership agreements. The format is conversational rather than a lecture - participants bring their own questions, learn from the answers given to peers, and leave with shared resources they can act on. A practical hour for founders and organizers who need legal direction but are not ready to put a lawyer on retainer. Held on Zoom; registration is free through the OEN events page.
