The Portland Area Robotics Society, PARTS, is an Oregon non-profit formed to help people interested in robots. Its monthly meetings are open to the public and everyone is welcome, whatever your level: hobbyists bringing a half-working build, students, working engineers, and people who have simply always wanted to make something move. Meetings cover member projects, demonstrations, build problems and the practical business of getting electronics, mechanics and control software to cooperate. This session runs Sunday morning at the PDX Hackerspace (CTRL+H) space on N Interstate Ave, in Section 2. A good standing fixture for anyone in the Portland area who wants a regular robotics community rather than a one-off workshop, and a straightforward place to find collaborators for a build.
