A welcoming weekly meetup for the Seattle-to-Portland corridor where participants discuss software tools and engineering culture using the Lean Coffee format, which lets the group cover a wide range of topics driven entirely by whoever shows up. No speakers, no slides -- attendees propose topics, vote on them, and work through as many as the hour allows. Typical ground covers deployment practice, observability, platform teams, hiring, on-call, and whatever else is on people's minds that week. The session runs Friday mornings on Zoom. Agenda: mingling at 8:00, forming groups and voting on topics, roughly 50 minutes of discussion, wrap-up around 9:10, then optional informal conversation from 9:15 with no fixed end. Attendees follow the Seattle DevOps Code of Conduct. Hosted by Portland DevOps Groundup; recurs weekly on Fridays.
