The SHPE National Convention is the largest annual gathering of Hispanic professionals and students in STEM, hosted by the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. Thousands of engineers, scientists, and technologists converge for a multi-day experience packed with hundreds of educational workshops, technical sessions, leadership development, industry awards, and one of the country's biggest STEM career fairs, where leading companies actively recruit top talent in science, mathematics, and engineering. Whether you are a student seeking internships, a professional advancing your career, or an ally supporting Hispanic representation in STEM, the convention offers unmatched networking and opportunity. The 2026 convention runs October 28-31 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Registration is available through SHPE.
