Northwest Veterans in Technology holds its monthly Vancouver gathering on the first Thursday of the month at Tap Union Freehouse, 1300 Washington St #200. This is an informal professional networking event with no presentation and no agenda, which is rather the point: veterans working in or moving into technology get a standing place to connect with others nearby who have taken the same path. Whether you are mid-career, transitioning out of service, retraining, or just want to compare notes on the regional job market, the door is open. Spouses are welcome and encouraged to come along. Connect with other veterans in the Vancouver, Washington area over a pint and find out who else in the community is hiring, mentoring, or looking.
