PDX Hackerspace (CTRL-H) opens its doors for a weekend work party and open house. The public is welcome to drop in for a tour of the shop, see the tools and member projects, or bring a project of your own and work on it alongside members. It is a good time to learn how the space operates, ask about membership, meet the people who keep it running, and -- for brand new members -- sit in on orientation. Members also use the session to tackle repairs and improvements to the space itself, so expect a mix of personal builds and shared infrastructure work. The work party runs most Saturdays; the last Saturday of each month becomes a members-only session focused on the space. No experience is required, curiosity is enough.
