Vision insurance

Lead research initiatives for complex operational ecosystems at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and operations.

Direct mixed-methods research programs to identify emerging personas and map stakeholder collaboration across systems
Synthesize insights from research and analytics into actionable recommendations influencing product strategy
Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape product vision and drive research-informed business decisions
Establish research frameworks and mentor teams in evidence-driven, human-centered approaches

Qualifications:

8+ years UX/product research experience with expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods
Proven ability to influence strategy in complex, cross-functional environments with strong storytelling skills
Preferred: platform/ecosystem experience, operations background, or familiarity with AEC/manufacturing industries
