Senior Engineer I-IS

Microchip seeks a Senior Software Engineer to support enterprise application needs across multiple manufacturing and business sites in the US and overseas. Work closely with Business Analysts, customers, technical teams, and end users on custom applications, reporting solutions, integrations, and data-driven systems for Manufacturing, Engineering, and related business functions.

• Design, develop, test, debug, implement, and support custom enterprise applications
• Develop and support .NET applications and reporting solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentor team members as a senior technical contributor and lead
• Support project execution and drive continuous improvement across applications and systems
• Occasional meetings outside normal business hours for global stakeholders
