Full job description

Support AWS Enterprise Support customers running media workflows in the cloud as a Senior Media Specialist Technical Account Manager.

  • Onboard customers and oversee account health dashboards
  • Coordinate with solutions architects on customer requirements
  • Interface with customers on project delivery and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with product managers on feature prioritization
  • Mentor junior staff

Qualifications

  • Internal or external technical lead experience
  • 4+ years of software development experience
  • Experience with video processing technologies (MPEG2/AVC/HEVC/MPEGTS)
  • Experience with adaptive bitrate video streaming and delivery technologies
  • Experience with AWS or another cloud provider in a 24x7 operational services/support environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent technical experience, with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud offerings
  • 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience or an advanced technology degree
  • 3+ years solving problems with technology in Media & Entertainment
  • 4+ years of technical project management, technical account management, or professional services consulting with customer-facing responsibilities
  • 2+ years in a technical role within a software engineering-focused business
