Full job description

Administer, configure, and enhance Agility Robotics' enterprise application portfolio, with primary ownership of the NetSuite ERP platform supporting the scale-up of humanoid robot manufacturing.

Build and maintain workflows, integrations, and release management
Own security, audit compliance, and data governance for enterprise apps
Support MRP/ERP, systems architecture, and PLM for manufacturing scale-up

Fully remote, with an option to work hybrid near an Agility office (Salem OR, Fremont CA, or Pittsburgh PA).

Qualifications

SuiteScript 2.x development
SuiteQL for reporting and data extraction
SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) with source control and CI/CD
Agile or Scrum experience
NetSuite Specialist or Professional certifications
iPaaS experience (Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato)

Requirements

5+ years administering and supporting enterprise applications, with significant hands-on NetSuite ERP experience
Experience turning business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Strong NetSuite configuration knowledge: workflows, roles and permissions, saved searches, dashboards, SuiteFlow
Experience with integrations using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms
Knowledge of enterprise architecture, application lifecycle, and change management
Experience with data governance, master data management, and data quality
Understanding of security, RBAC, Segregation of Duties, audit controls, and SOX
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
