New Relic is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to oversee the technical and automation systems behind its go-to-market organization. The role drives the GTM technology roadmap across Salesforce, Clay, and Salesloft, pilots AI capabilities, automates manual workflows, writes specs and UAT plans, builds metrics and dashboards, and guides field adoption. Remote; Portland among eligible cities.

Qualifications

6-8+ years of B2B SaaS experience in RevOps, Field Sales Ops, or GTM Systems
Strong Salesforce functional knowledge plus BI tools
Experience leading cross-functional projects with Agile/Scrum in Jira
