Network Deploy Technician III, Global Network Delivery (GND)

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. This role deploys and supports network infrastructure in AWS data centers in Umatilla/Hermiston, Oregon.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projects
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles
• Troubleshooting networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords
• Specifying power and cooling requirements and ensuring hardware racking/stacking is completed for new equipment
• Participating in the migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware

This is a 24/7 environment with shift rotation and after-hours support. Candidates must be able to travel within regional work areas with a personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
