Intel's Client AI Architecture team seeks an engineer to help shape future NPU designs for AI PCs, edge AI, and multimodal foundation models. The role covers neural accelerator design, RTL development, workload analysis, and hardware-software co-design with architecture, software, and compiler teams, plus applying quantization, pruning, and sparsity to improve efficiency. College-grad level; hybrid role.

Qualifications

Digital logic and RTL design experience using SystemVerilog or Verilog
Knowledge of AI model architectures, layers, and neural network topologies
Experience optimizing AI models through quantization, pruning, and compression
