Full job description
DTNA's legal team seeks a team-oriented litigation attorney with 8+ years of relevant experience to actively manage high-risk litigation across multiple jurisdictions, with a high-volume caseload concentrated primarily in product liability.
- Manage a high-volume litigation docket: pleadings, discovery, witness preparation, depositions, motion practice, and mediation/arbitration/trial preparation
- Evaluate and coordinate the company's response to pre-litigation product liability matters
- Collaborate with business units, external counsel, customers, and insurance providers to minimize legal risk
- Support and defend products throughout their lifecycle
This management-level position includes a company vehicle as part of total rewards.
Qualifications
- JD and 8+ years of relevant litigation experience
- Strategic thinker able to manage high-volume product liability caseloads
- Principled legal analysis blended with common sense, judgment, and creativity
