Full job description
Drive new business and profit goals for Siemens' commercial fire alarm and life safety service agreements in the Portland territory (req 515901).
- Act as a consultant to building facilities, recommending maintenance services
- Develop customer relationships, market analysis and industry networking
- Prepare service proposals and collaborate with operations teams
50%+ customer-facing; approximately 10% overnight travel within territory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
- Service agreement sales experience
- Technical solution estimating and selling background
- Fire and life safety systems knowledge; building code familiarity (IFC, IBC, NFPA)
- NICET Fire Alarm Certification
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years sales experience, or bachelor's degree in business with customer-facing/sales experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver's license (age 21+)
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
