Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Directly lead and manage construction projects across ADI's Beaverton semiconductor manufacturing site including offices, R&D labs, and cleanroom facilities. Maintain full ownership of scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Engage and coordinate external design firms, contractors, and consultants as execution partners while ensuring consistent standards, governance, and reporting across all regions.
• Project Initiation & Planning: Develop project charters, define scope, objectives, and deliverables; conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
• Estimating & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates, ROI analyses, and budget forecasts; track expenditures and manage financial controls to ensure on-budget execution.
• Design & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal customers, IT, Security, EHS, and Facilities Design teams to translate user requirements into design solutions and construction documents.
• Procurement & Contracts: Develop RFPs, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts with design/build firms and general contractors; administer master construction agreements and project addenda.
• Permitting & Compliance: Coordinate permitting activities and interface with governmental agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
