Full job description
Nike is hiring a Technology Procurement Strategic Sourcing Manager at its Beaverton, OR world headquarters.
What you'll work on:
- Negotiate supplier terms and volume discounts and process purchase orders
- Partner with global technology teams to ensure supply continuity and competitive pricing for technology solutions
- Advise business leaders through each phase of the sourcing process
- Execute Nike's strategic sourcing process and measure value captured
- Implement sourcing initiatives using advanced tools
The role requires proficiency in spend analysis, risk management, contracting, cost savings methodology, and performance reporting.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a technology-related occupation
- Strategic sourcing capability in technology
- Negotiation of commercial terms for technology deals
- Supplier relationship management in the technology sector
- Python proficiency
- Service level management with technology suppliers
- Requirements and stakeholder management for complex technology contracts
- Operations and pipeline management of technology contracts
- Structured sourcing acumen across the sourcing lifecycle
