Full job description

Lead automation initiatives that enhance pre-silicon productivity through scalable systems. Hybrid role in Portland, OR.

  • Provide technical guidance on EDA tools and establish productivity standards
  • Architect and deploy custom automation services to streamline RTL design and verification
  • Enable and support EDA tools including simulation, lint, CDC, RDC, and debug
  • Partner across IT, EDA vendors, and design teams for high-performance solutions
  • Drive AI-enabled automation for design and verification

Qualifications

  • Source code management experience (Git/Perforce)
  • RDBMS knowledge
  • CI/CD expertise
  • Cloud computing experience

Requirements

  • 8+ years of front-end design automation expertise (semiconductor preferred)
  • Python or Perl scripting proficiency
  • Strong SystemVerilog expertise with DV/UVM/coverage/simulation/debug and RTL static checks
  • Solid IP and SoC RTL design/verification workflow experience
  • Proven HPC scheduling/workload management experience (IBM LSF or SLURM)
  • BS + 12 years, MS + 8 years, or PhD + 5 years related experience
