Full job description

Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks a recruiter to support nationwide internship and entry-level talent programs (req 519937).

  • Manage high-volume recruiting across roughly 300 annual US hires
  • Attend campus career events and coordinate hiring processes
  • Build stakeholder relationships with managers and universities; plan intern programming
  • Run intake calls, resume screening, phone interviews, offers and program analytics

Hybrid role based in Wilsonville, OR; 25% travel during recruiting seasons.

Qualifications

  • HR or recruiting experience
  • Familiarity with Workday and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Large event planning background
  • Public speaking and presentation abilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Wilsonville, OR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills; advanced MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to travel 25% to college campuses
