Drive marketing initiatives for Siemens EDA's Advanced IC Packaging solutions, emphasizing 2.5D and 3DIC design workflows (req 515906).

  • Develop technical materials and build demonstration workflows integrating planning, layout and verification tools

Qualifications

  • Technical marketing or application engineering background
  • Experience creating technical demonstrations and presentations
  • EDA solution positioning knowledge

Requirements

  • Electrical Engineering or related technical degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in 2.5D/3DIC design or EDA support
  • Strong grasp of planning, layout, and verification design workflows
  • Practical scripting expertise with Tcl and Python
  • Direct customer engagement capabilities; Linux proficiency
