Full job description
Autodesk seeks a highly motivated Global Stock Administrator to join the equity team, reporting to the Director of Global Stock and Employment Tax in Finance. Administer stock plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver an excellent employee experience across multiple regions. Virtually embedded with the global payroll and stock team.
- Administer global equity compensation programs (stock options, RSUs, ESPP) from grant to vesting, exercise, and settlement
- Perform monthly/quarterly audits and reconciliations
- Monitor compliance with global regulatory, tax, and securities requirements
- Support employee communications and education on equity programs
- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders, auditors, and external vendors
- Maintain SOX controls and stock plan procedural documents
Qualifications
- Experience with Workday and Equity Edge Online preferred
- Familiarity with payroll processes impacting stock administration
- Experience with multinational companies; technology industry a plus
Requirements
- 3+ years of stock administration experience in a US-based global public company
- Bachelor's degree
