New Relic is seeking a remote Account Manager for Renewals (West) to protect and grow existing revenue within a pod spanning Customer Success, Sales, and Product. Acting as secondary seller to Account Executives, the role negotiates renewals, flags at-risk accounts, drives consumption growth, coordinates business reviews, and keeps Salesforce records accurate. Portland is among the eligible cities.

Qualifications

5+ years in a quota-carrying, renewals, or customer success role, ideally SaaS
Proven ability to build strategic relationships up to C-level
Experience analyzing datasets and closing renewals on time
