Senior Systems Administrator, IT

Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to develop endpoint management solutions and IT products across the organization. This role involves designing and deploying long-lasting solutions, identifying process improvements, managing support requests, and maintaining network and hosted services, with an emphasis on reducing friction and driving automation.

Key responsibilities:

• Own development of endpoint management and IT products across the organization
• Design, develop, deploy and maintain long-lasting solutions to reduce friction and support engagement
• Identify trends in request tickets and build automation and process/product improvements
• Collaborate with the IT team to manage support requests and incidents per service level agreements
• Provide customer support in-person, via ticketing system, and chat for escalated issues
• Drive documentation and training for effective use of corporate tools
• Secure configuration and access management of operational production tooling
• Manage network and hosted services in facilities
