Senior individual contributor in Intel's Foundry Capacity Optimization group, reporting to the VP/GM. Leads a multi-year digital transformation roadmap spanning long-range planning and capacity modeling, drives AI/ML and automation adoption, eliminates manual data reconciliation, benchmarks external practices, and advises leaders while mentoring peers on analytical tools. Hybrid role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
12+ years with a bachelor's, 8+ with a master's, or 6+ with a PhD
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, or BI platforms
