Full job description

Experienced Equipment Technician 3 maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving diffusion furnaces and wet sink equipment for high availability and reliable production output at ADI's Beaverton fab. Shift: Nights, Front Half (Sun-Tues alt Wed).

Follow all cleanroom, safety, and Lockout/Tagout procedures
Perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with emphasis on root cause
Develop and execute model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downtime
Apply SPC to evaluate tool health and detect process deviations
Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Qualifications

Associate degree in Electronics, Electromechanical Technology, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or related technical/military experience
5+ years maintaining semiconductor processing equipment including diffusion furnaces and/or linear wet sinks
Experience with Akrion, JST or similar wet sinks, ASM A400 Classic, ASM DUO, TEL Alpha tools
