Full job description

Airship is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical advisor for large enterprise clients: guiding complex integrations, resolving critical escalations, leading strategic account planning and business reviews, and connecting clients with Product and Engineering. Fully remote (U.S.) with up to 10% travel; Airship is Portland-founded.

Qualifications

7+ years of technical, client-facing experience with enterprise accounts
Advanced coding skills in Python, Java, Swift, or similar
Strong knowledge of APIs and complex system integrations
