Full job description

Agility Robotics is seeking a leader to manage complex customer deployments of Digit humanoid robots end-to-end, from initial engagement through production operations. This principal-level role coordinates cross-functional teams and owns customer outcomes while setting the standard for program management excellence across the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own complex Customer Acceleration Programs from kickoff through deployment, acceptance testing, and sustained operations
  • Drive cross-functional execution by identifying blockers and holding engineering, quality, operations, and commercial partners accountable
  • Establish customer-facing preparation standards ensuring the team tracks all commitments, risks, and developments
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through transparency, follow-through, and data-driven communication
  • Manage full program lifecycle including scope alignment, milestone definition, resource coordination, and risk management
  • Define and track delivery KPIs reflecting customer outcomes (throughput, uptime, acceptance gates)
  • Identify systemic issues affecting multiple programs and escalate for resolution

Qualifications

  • Early-stage or scaling company experience building process infrastructure while delivering for customers
  • Background in humanoid robotics, mobile robotics, or multi-system warehouse/manufacturing integration
  • History coaching or developing program managers formally or by example
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with incomplete data and concurrent crises

Requirements

  • 10+ years program management experience, with minimum 5 years managing complex hardware + software deployments at customer sites
  • Direct experience with robotics, automation, warehouse/logistics technology, or comparable electromechanical systems in production environments
  • Demonstrated track record delivering programs through challenges, not just coordinating internal plans
  • Full lifecycle fluency: solution design, feature development, site readiness, commissioning, acceptance testing, field support, and operations
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, honest, data-driven customer communications
  • Experience holding cross-functional teams accountable without direct authority
  • Proficiency with program tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or equivalents)
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 30% of the time
