Full job description

Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize metrology equipment supporting high tool availability and reliable measurements in ADI's Beaverton wafer fab. Team: Diffusion & Wet Sink. Shift: Days, Front Half (Sun-Tues alt Wed).

Follow all cleanroom protocols, safety requirements, and Lockout/Tagout procedures
Perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with root-cause focus
Execute model-based troubleshooting plans to reduce tool downtime and improve recovery time
Analyze tool performance data to identify trends and resolve issues
Use SPC methods to evaluate tool health and support stable manufacturing performance
Document maintenance activities, findings, and corrective actions

Qualifications

Associate degree in Electronics, Electromechanical Technology, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or related technical/military experience
Experience maintaining metrology or semiconductor processing equipment
SPC and data analysis familiarity
