Full job description

Provide financial support and guidance at Agility Robotics, working closely with department leads to formulate and refine strategy and financial projections. Reports to the Sr. Director of Finance & Accounting.

Build annual bottoms-up departmental and organizational budgets with business leaders
Develop a long-term business plan and detailed annual budget, refined quarterly
Develop analyses that support timely, effective decision making across the organization

Hybrid from any Agility office (Salem OR, Fremont CA, or Pittsburgh PA).

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management and 5+ years of related experience
Excellent analysis skills and experience with executive presentations
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including expertise in Excel and Google Sheets
Strong business acumen and analytical skills to recognize emerging trends in financial data
Ability to communicate complex financial information to a broad and diverse audience
Demonstrable leadership, multitasking, and time management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
