Advanced Packaging Lithography Development Manager

Intel Foundry seeks a manager to lead lithography development for next-generation packaging solutions focused on Foveros Direct technologies. Lead process engineers while maintaining technical involvement in patterning and process development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering team with goal-setting, performance evaluation, and coaching
• Develop long-term process roadmap strategies for advanced packaging leadership
• Foster talent development and drive technical innovation within lithography teams
• Create project schedules, track milestones, and coordinate cross-functional feedback
• Drive yield improvement and defect reduction initiatives
• Partner with operations for manufacturing excellence and technology transfer

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• 6+ years experience (Master's) or 5+ years (PhD)
• Deep expertise with scanner/stepper systems (ASML, Canon, Nikon)
• Lithography process optimization and yield enhancement experience
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Team leadership and inclusive culture-building ability
• Vendor relations and material quality assessment experience
• Design of Experiments principles and package interconnect technology knowledge

On-site presence required.
