Full job description
The Equipment Engineering Team at ADI's Beaverton wafer fab seeks a motivated engineer supporting one of its functional areas: Photolithography, Diffusion, Implant, Epitaxy, Dry Etch, Wet Etch, or Thin Films.
- Troubleshoot process equipment failures
- Optimize equipment to match process performance across tools and maximize output
- Qualify new equipment, raw materials, and consumable parts
- Develop and monitor process and equipment measurements to improve quality
- Design, prototype, and deploy equipment upgrades
- Root-cause investigation of discrepant material and yield improvement programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related) preferred
- Experience with semiconductor process equipment troubleshooting and optimization
- Data analysis and root-cause investigation skills
