Full job description

Own material availability end to end at Agility Robotics, driving supply strategy across raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods for humanoid robot production. The role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations and modern data automation, bridging internal manufacturing schedules and external supplier operations.

Develop and execute raw material replenishment and master supply plans across manufacturing lines and BOM structures
Audit and validate material readiness of suppliers and contract manufacturers before kit
Use data and AI tooling to detect supply chain outliers, anomalies, and risks

Qualifications

APICS/ASCM certification (preferred)

Requirements

5-7+ years of supply or material planning experience in complex manufacturing, hardware, robotics, or high-tech
Experience in electronic component supply planning, PCBAs, and active/passive components
Track record auditing material readiness and managing contract manufacturers (CMs) and EMS providers
Advanced ERP/MRP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) with multi-level BOMs
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field
Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets, data modeling, and reporting
Capability using AI for data transformation and building automated scripts to detect supply risks
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
