Full job description
Support photolithography module sustaining at ADI's Beaverton wafer fab, including disposition of discrepant materials, equipment qualification, recipe creation, and engineering request resourcing.
- Detect and flag potential quality gaps; investigate quality excursions related to photolithography process and operation
- Assist production, equipment, and process engineering to optimize operational efficiencies
- Write and review operational procedures and specifications
- Maintain a clean working area and follow 5S principles
Requires working 12-hour shifts in a cleanroom environment with full PPE.
Qualifications
- Ability to wear cleanroom PPE (full-body jumpsuit, safety glasses, nitrile gloves, face masks, hoods)
- Ability to read and follow written procedures; strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Ability to walk and stand continuously throughout a 12-hour shift; lift up to 25 lbs
