Supervisor - Nike Bend

As a Nike Retail Supervisor at the Bend store, you are the face of Nike in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Guide customers in making informed decisions while leading your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals together.

What you'll do:

• Demonstrate enthusiasm and product knowledge to support customer needs
• Lead by example, delivering service aligned with Nike's Service Principles
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed expectations throughout their shopping journey
• Operate cash registers, manage shipping/receiving, stock products, and build visual displays
• Support teammates by attending store events and fostering team culture

Full-time, 34-40 hours per week.
