Full job description

Lead supplier quality strategy for Agility Robotics' critical hardware and electromechanical supply chains. Develop supplier quality metrics, qualification methods, and audit processes to build a reliable, scalable supplier base for the Digit humanoid robot. Onsite 5 days/week.

What you'll do:

Audit strategic suppliers' quality systems and manufacturing processes
Lead part qualification, PPAP, and FAI activities through product development and supplier onboarding
Review supplier DFM, control plans, inspection plans, and test strategies
Qualify and monitor suppliers producing PCBAs, cable assemblies, sensors, motors, and electromechanical subassemblies
Drive supplier root cause analysis, CAPA, and containment actions
Analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and prevent quality escapes

Pay range: $121,000 - $158,000.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline plus 10+ years Supplier Quality Engineering experience
Expertise in quality engineering for hardware, electronics, and electromechanical products
Experience qualifying suppliers, conducting audits, and implementing CAPA
Proficiency with FAI, PPAP, CAPA, 8D, and FMEA
Proficiency with JMP, Minitab, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
Ability to travel 10-50% to U.S. and foreign suppliers
