Microchip's Gresham Fab 4 seeks a Back Night Production Shift Manager for a compressed overnight shift. The role oversees direct and indirect labor including specialists, leads, and supervisors, drives factory KPI goals, coaches staff, leads continuous improvement, and reinforces company values. Reports to the Production Manager; 24/7 availability by cell phone.
