Full job description
Advance Intel's semiconductor manufacturing technologies within the Technology Development (TD) organization, leading development, optimization, and integration of advanced manufacturing processes and metrology solutions for next-generation products.
- Develop, optimize, and integrate advanced manufacturing processes including material selection, process parameter optimization, and equipment metrology
- Lead pathfinding activities for next-generation process development
- Partner with equipment and material suppliers to evaluate enabling technologies
- Drive process and equipment improvements for performance, yield, efficiency, and manufacturability
- Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and data-driven methods
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing process and equipment challenges
- Experience in advanced packaging technologies including wafer-level assembly
Requirements
- Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of industry experience; OR PhD with 1+ years
- Strong knowledge of SPC and DOE
- Experience with semiconductor processing, system controls, and material processing
