Full job description
Lead procurement execution for Agility Robotics' production and new product introduction programs. Build and mentor a high-performing Buyer team while ensuring operational excellence in purchasing, supplier delivery, and material readiness. Hybrid role based in Salem, OR.
What you'll do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Buyers across direct material commodities
- Drive operational excellence in purchase order execution, supplier communications, and material availability
- Monitor supplier delivery performance and drive recovery plans for shortages and disruptions
- Ensure material readiness for engineering builds and production with Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance
- Lead daily and weekly procurement execution reviews
- Develop and monitor procurement KPIs
Pay range: $110,000 - $143,000.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years progressive procurement/purchasing/supply chain experience in hardware, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing
- 3+ years leading or mentoring procurement teams
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical commodities
- Experience supporting NPI, prototype builds, and production ramp
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Windchill, MISys, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
