Full job description
Strategic leadership role at Nike World Headquarters advancing inventory control across Nike's North America supply chain network. Connect Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to strengthen governance, improve reporting, and enhance operational excellence.
What you'll do:
- Lead new facility launches, designing inventory flows and assessing control implications
- Identify and resolve issues impacting inventory accuracy and completeness
- Develop strategic initiatives improving inventory governance and efficiency
- Generate actionable insights from supply chain data for risk management
- Align business objectives with Internal Control over Financial Reporting requirements
- Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities into inventory control processes
Domestic travel 10-20% required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6+ years in accounting, finance, or related functions
- Strong commercial acumen translating business requirements into financial controls
- SOX, ICFR, and COSO principles experience
- Proven track record leading multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
- CPA certification preferred
