Lease Financial Transformation Manager, Lease Accounting FBI

Amazon seeks a Financial Transformation Manager for its Lease Accounting Finance and Business Integration team. This role drives global process transformation initiatives in worldwide leasing, collaborating with Accounting Operations, Finance, Tax, Lease Administration, and Financial Systems teams. The position requires operationalizing systems and processes under US GAAP standards, with expertise in financial processes, account reconciliations, project management, and process design. This is a multi-location role; Portland, OR is among the available locations.

Key job responsibilities:

• Own and manage the lifecycle of high-impact, complex cross-functional programs where business problems and strategies may be undefined
• Identify and drive implementation of process and technology improvements leveraged globally within the lease accounting organization
• Serve as subject matter expert for lease accounting functions across the organization
• Own delivery of accounting requirement documentation
• Execute user acceptance testing
