Full job description

Lead a key segment of Agility Robotics' Supply Chain team, overseeing coordination of shipments for inventory and materials - outbound to regional offices and customers, inbound raw materials from vendors. Partner closely with Inventory Management, Quality, Sourcing, and Planning.

What you'll do:

Manage outbound and inbound flow of products, materials, and supplies, preparing required shipping documents
Prepare pro-forma invoices, investigate HTS codes, and coordinate international Carnet shipments
Oversee hazmat compliance and maintain lithium-ion battery transportation certifications (DOT/IATA)
Develop shipping and receiving processes, manuals, and operating procedures
Lead carrier and 3PL evaluation and quoting
Partner with commercial teams on logistics for major projects, demos, and trade shows

Pay range: $112,000 - $145,000.

Requirements

5+ years logistics and warehousing experience in high-tech, robotics, or industrial manufacturing
2-3 years supervisory/management experience
BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
Strong ERP logistics master data knowledge
Class 9 Dangerous Goods certification (DOT and IATA)
Advanced data visualization and reporting skills
Proven ability to establish structure in fast-paced, evolving environments
