Full job description

Block is hiring a Compensation Strategy & Program Lead for its centralized Total Rewards team. The role acts as internal product owner for major compensation programs such as focal cycles, equity, salary structures, geo-pay, and promotions, builds automated and self-service pay tools, establishes governance for manager pay decisions, and advises senior leaders on market positioning and pay equity.

Qualifications

6+ years designing and scaling enterprise compensation programs
High proficiency in quantitative modeling of compensation metrics
Systems and AI-first mindset favoring automation and self-service
