Full job description
Lead supply chain planning at Agility Robotics, overseeing material and inventory optimization across a 12-24 month horizon. Partner with Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Inventory Management to ensure materials meet global demand for the Digit humanoid robot.
What you'll do:
- Lead creation and execution of supply and inventory replenishment plans for finished goods and raw materials
- Guide and mentor planning team members
- Own critical supply chain KPIs: forecast accuracy, working capital, fill rates, freight efficiency
- Establish inventory strategies to protect against logistics instability, tariffs, and supplier volatility
- Drive S&OP/SIOP preparation and cross-functional executive alignment
- Direct inventory strategies for new product introductions and end-of-life phase-outs
Pay range: $112,000 - $145,000.
Requirements
- 8+ years supply chain planning experience in high-tech, robotics, or industrial manufacturing
- 2-3 years in a supervisory/management role
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- Deep proficiency in Integrated Business Planning, MRP/ERP systems, and statistical forecasting
- Advanced data visualization and reporting skills
- CPF/ACPF or APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification preferred
