Full job description
Lead and develop teams of salaried and hourly employees in Amazon's AMXL (extra large) fulfillment operations.
- Mentor and develop staff; own safety, quality and productivity metrics
- Build and execute productivity plans
- Collaborate with support teams across first-mile, middle-mile and last-mile operations
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays
Physical demands include lifting up to 49 pounds and standing/walking during 12-hour shifts.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
