Full job description

Microchip seeks an Engineer II-Information Systems for the Manufacturing Integration Team at its Gresham fabs. The role troubleshoots host communications for fab equipment, builds Python tools for monitoring and data collection, uses AI-assisted coding tools, coordinates with network engineers, logs work in tracking systems, and helps onboard new staff. Safety-sensitive cleanroom position.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
2.5-5 years troubleshooting equipment automation issues
Comfortable with C, C++, C#, Python, and Visual Basic
