Full job description

Agility's commercially deployed humanoid robots work alongside teams in warehouses and factories. Lead sustaining and continuous-improvement initiatives in the robotics manufacturing facility as the electrical SME for the robot's PCBAs, power distribution, cable harnesses, sensors, and battery systems.

Diagnose and resolve manufacturing, field, and design issues on electronic assemblies; drive RCA and CAPA
Execute electrical design updates in Altium to improve manufacturability
Perform SME-level technical review of electrical design changes (DFM/DFA/DFT)
Drive validation and implementation of electrical ECRs/ECOs
Author and maintain technical documentation (BOMs, work instructions, PFMEAs, control plans)
Analyze production data and implement lean manufacturing solutions
Mentor junior engineers and technicians

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
6+ years in a commercial, product-driven manufacturing environment (robotics, automotive, aerospace, or medical preferred)
Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems, actuators, PCBAs, and sensors
Altium design experience; able to read and update schematics, PCB layouts, and cabling diagrams
ECO experience within a PLM system (Windchill a plus)
Python/Linux and C proficiency a plus
