Full job description
Exterro (Portland, OR-based) seeks a Technical Implementation Consultant to support digital forensics product implementation globally.
- Work with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle of FTK product deployments
- Troubleshoot Windows/MSSQL application stacks
- Integrate third-party data repositories like Microsoft O365 and Google Suite
Remote US role reporting to the Director of Technical Engineering; up to 25% travel.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with DFIR solutions (Exterro FTK, Cellebrite, Magnet, Encase)
Requirements
- Enterprise software implementation or support experience
- Proficiency in relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Microsoft Windows Server administration and configuration skills
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls)
- PowerShell and Python scripting experience
- API integration and automation experience
- Project management experience; strong analytical and communication skills
