Full job description

Field-based District Parts Manager role supporting dealer and distributor parts sales, customer service, and business performance across an assigned territory (upper Midwest states). Works with dealer principals and parts managers to improve operations, run audits, drive sales programs, analyze financials, and deliver training across roughly 30 locations. 50%+ travel. Remote.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of professional experience, or 10 years relevant experience without a degree
Strong sales track record and product sales background
Strong analytical skills
