Full job description
Airbnb's Community Support team is hiring a remote Data Scientist to build LLM and ML solutions for guests and hosts: automating LLM evaluation, curating synthetic training datasets, analyzing customer issues, and building personalization models, with emphasis on product impact, scientific rigor, and clear stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience plus Master's or PhD in a relevant field
- State-of-the-art knowledge of AI/ML models
- Strong Python or R and SQL; causal inference a plus
